SpineVExt
A downloadable tool for Windows
This tool converts videos of someone doing an action into a Spine skeleton and animation JSON file. Which you can then import into Spine and use as a starter.
Release 1.2 Notes:
- Add option to auto map body part images to skeleton in spine (very basic)
- Add shoulders and hips to skeleton
- Fix parent bones accidently scaling child bones
- Better angle animation handling
Release 1.1 Notes:
- Add KeyFrame option and key frame selection
- Fix incorrect frames being captured
- Allow window to run in background
- Account for timing scenarios when changing properties
- Add debug console
- Allow frames before the main skeleton frame to be considered for animation
- Adjust timing between animation frames to account for gaps when using keyframes
- Progress bar
- Various Bug Fixes
Hey everyone, the big feature for v1.1 is keyframe selection so you can skip those badly captured frames/skeletons. Otherwise progress bar better shows current progress in video processing. Then just bug fixes and improvements!
Warning: This tool is extremely bare boned and in active development. Use at your own risk and don't be surprised if it doesn't work for all cases.
Leave a comment if looking for features, I will try and implement what I can when I can.
